You can send both your interim and final transcripts on the Order Transcripts screen of your application. Please note that interim transcripts may not contain your midterm marks. Before requesting an interim transcript, contact the college or university directly to confirm if your midterm marks will be included.

Most Ontario high schools send transcripts electronically. On the Transcript Request page of your application, you’ll see a message indicating whether or not you can request your transcript electronically. You can also check our list of participating schools to find out if your high school supports electronic transcript requests.

To find out if we’ve received your transcript, log in to your account and check under Docs or Supporting Documents on your Dashboard for any transcripts that have been received. If you've made an online transcript request, check the status of your request under Application on your Dashboard. For each application, you'll see a Transcript Summary and be able to find out more details by clicking the Review Transcripts button.
