FAQ: Password and Technical Issues
Click on the "Forgot password?" link on the application Log In screen and follow the instructions. A link to reset your password will be sent to your email address.
If you don't receive an email, check your "Junk" or "Spam" folder. If the email is there, mark it as "Not Junk" or "Safe" to ensure that all future communications regarding your application reach your Inbox. If the email is not in your Inbox or Spam folder, please contact our Customer Contact Centre for more help.
Double-check that you have entered your email address and password correctly (remember, the password is case-sensitive). If you're still having trouble, you can use the "Forgot your password?" link to have a password reset link emailed to you. If the email doesn't appear in your inbox, check your spam / junk mail folder.
