At ontariocolleges.ca, we’d like to assure our college applicants and education partners that we are continuing to monitor the evolving COVID-19 situation, and are adhering to best practices and recommendations for health and safety.
This page provides the most recent information on the steps we are taking, as well as answers to common questions regarding the college application. We will continue to make updates as new information arises.

ontariocolleges.ca Office Closure
The ontariocolleges.ca office is currently closed. Our team continues to deliver all services remotely, including support via telephone, chat, or email.
Applying to College / Accepting an Offer of Admission
We’re happy to confirm that you can still apply to college and accept offers of admission through ontariocolleges.ca. Please continue to use our program search feature to explore available college programs, or log in to your ontariocolleges.ca account to view your offers.
The transcript request process for many schools and boards is completely automated and will therefore continue as normal. If your transcript request cannot be made electronically through the college application, please contact our Customer Contact Centre for assistance.
Mail / Courier Delivery
We are continuing to receive mail during our office closure and we are recommending all mail be sent via Canada Post. Please be advised that couriered items requiring signature should not be sent to us until further notice.
